• There is no entry fee.
   

• Electrical access is not guaranteed; we try but it is limited. Please have a way to heat your chili. You must supply your own power strips and extension cords.

• Electric outlets are for COOKING chili only. They can NOT be used for decorations.
   

• You must provide your own cooking fuel, chili fixings, pots, utensils, and 10 Gallons of chili.
   

• DAHS will provide 1 table and 2 chairs per booth. 
   

• DAHS will provide tasting cups and spoons for ticket holders. Do Not bring bowls/spoons.
   

• Chili can be cooked on site or brought in when you set up. Set up can begin as early at 10:00 AM.
   

• You are encouraged to decorate your booth for a chance to win a trophy! Decorations are not able to use the electric outlets. They are reserved for chili. Have a way to power decorations on your own.

By checking the above box, as an authorized agent for this business or organization, I agree to hold harmless and indemnify the Downtown Association of Hot Springs and/or its officers and members from all responsibility or liability whatsoever for personal injuries and/or damages to property arising from the organization’s participation in the Cook-off, the consumption of any food or beverage and the use of the Exchange Street Parking Plaza, its associates or any business associated with same.
